SUMMARY
"No items matching your search" this message I can see when try to find new Desktop Effect  "Hide Cursor" by entering it name via search field. 
Note please then I'm able to find some other effects like Magnifier.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start "System Settings"
2. Enter in search field: "Hide Cursor"
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Message "No items matching your search" 

EXPECTED RESULT
Should be find proper entry in "Desktop Effects"

Linux/KDE Plasma:
