SUMMARY https://i.imgur.com/K0zVVCZ.png In the linked image the selected accent color is Grey, i also tried all the other ones, but the Dolphin icon on the panel always stays the default blue. Icons inside of Dolphin itself change correctly.
Can reproduce.
I solved this issue on my install by changing the icon from dolphin to the icon of "system-file-manager". This icon does change with the color of the theme.
