SUMMARY
when i try to drag and drop the file from the dolphin to the thunderbird attachment after the first file dropped i can not insert the new one, the system seems locked, not appear the rectangular aera where asked if you want insert it as attachment

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. drag the file to the thunderbird new message
2. drop the file in it 
3. drag & drop another file to thunderbird message

OBSERVED RESULT
impossible to insert the second file in the thunderbird message

EXPECTED RESULT
insert the rest of files you want to insert in the thunderbird message

the same problem with firefox if you have some webapp with option to insert the attachments by drang & drop

I can sort of reproduce the issue. A second immediate drop fails, but succeeds if I hold for second before releasing. This is a Thunderbird issue and I'd recommend reporting it to them.

It seems same problem with chrome

good day i check again the problem that appear only with wayland session and work perfectly with x11.
you can try to drag and drop the file to new email with gmail and only the first file dragged is dropped but if you proceed with new file
the dropped seems locked
