STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. click on the sound icon in the system tray
3. activate "Keep open" feature of the sound applet
4. right-click on the root partition in the places panel of Dolphin and choose "Open in new tab"
5. try to drag a folder/file in Dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
it's impossible to drag a folder/file after the provided steps. Restarting Dolphin fixes the bug.

EXPECTED RESULT
the observed result should not occur
