STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In Dolphin, right click on password protected ZIP archive
2. Extract here

OBSERVED RESULT
A dialog opens to ask for the password. That dialog does not have its transient parent set to Dolphin, so it e.g. can go behind the main Dolphin window

EXPECTED RESULT
The password dialog is parented to the Dolphin window
