FreeDesktop sounds

SUMMARY
The new volume change sounds part of the Ocean sound theme are a bit longer than the FreeDesktop sounds used in most desktops. Because of this, if the sound were to repeat because of a held key, it would produce a repeating popping noise, due to the sound getting repeatedly cut. The previous sounds didn't have this issue because they were short enough to finish playing before getting cut off.
A possible fix for this would be to either extend the period these sounds would play to fit the sound that plays, or to keep the current delay and make the sounds overlap
