STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set color blindness correction in Desktop Effects
2. Enter overview effect with Meta+W

OBSERVED RESULT
Color blindness is disabled.


EXPECTED RESULT
Color blindness should be enabled

Can confirm, and the same is the case for the invert effect. We'll have to add some infrastructure for effects to work on top of other fullscreen effects.
