Upgrade from 5.27 to 6.0 via Discover 2. Reboot 3. Log in OBSERVED RESULT It is not possible to open System Settings by opening Overview, typing "sett" and clicking System Settings in the list. The icon for System Settings shows up next to the mouse pointer, but the application never shows up. EXPECTED RESULT System Settings should work as usual SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux: 6.5 KDE Plasma Version: 6.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0 Qt Version: 6.6 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Booting from the latest Neon User ISO works as expected

I uninstalled Nvidia drivers according to https://linuxconfig.org/how-to-uninstall-the-nvidia-drivers-on-ubuntu-22-04-jammy-jellyfish-linux After rebooting, I no longer experience this bug. From my point of view, this bug can be closed now.
