SUMMARY
KRDC won't launch any RDP sessions due to wlfreerdp not starting


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. launch KRDC
2. Attempt to connect to a Windows server via RDP

OBSERVED RESULT
Popup about wlfreerdp 

EXPECTED RESULT
It should launch an RDP session

This is a neon packaging bug, not a krdc bug.

KRDC no longer uses wlfreerdp or xfreerdp executables.  It requires libfreerdp.
