STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to neon 6 via Discover
2. Open Colors & Themes > System Sounds in System Settings
3. Only Oxygen and FreeDesktop themes are installed

OBSERVED RESULT
Oxygen sound theme remains the default sound theme after updating from KDE neon 5.27. Ocean theme is absent.

EXPECTED RESULT
Ocean sound theme is installed and becomes the default sound theme.

Same bug observed on a fresh install of KDE neon 6.0.0
