STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create new program autostart
2. reboot


OBSERVED RESULT
*.desktop create by kde disappear from folder .config/autostart

EXPECTED RESULT
did'nt disappear

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 
macOS: 
Linux/KDE Plasma: Debian testing

KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.10
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.107.0
Qt Version: 5.15.10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
when I click on the .desktop directly from dolphin, it opens the program fine, but immediately deletes the .desktop.
The bug also occurs when I manually create the .desktop in .config/autostart, it disappears on the next startup.

This is extremely bizarre, and not at all expected. It sounds like there is a serious issue on your machine, either some kind of misconfiguration or even filesystem/disk corruption. If your files are deleting themselves when opened, *nothing* is going to work properly. I'd recommend checking the hardware and following up with the Debian folks for further troubleshooting. Thanks!
