SUMMARY

After sussesful login to google account (the correct name appear on tab - tested with few gmails). The try to do something more on this tab leads to message:
Error transferring https://photoslibrary.googleapis.com/v1/albums?pageSize=50 - server replied:

Populate the list of albums or create the new one
