Tasks for Updates always showing "Installing...", even for updates that require reboot to be applied

SUMMARY
Misleading / confusing "Updates installing" message

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover
2. Go to Updates section
3. Click on the "Update All / Selected" button
4. Before they finish, click on Tasks section (bottom-left) to view the details of what is going on

OBSERVED RESULT
The details are wrong, misleading, as they always show "Installing..." even when they are not at the installing step, as they are still at the downloading step.
A hint, that they are actually downloading, instead of installing, is the download speed value and unit next to the "Installing..." message.
This is wrong for updates that do not require reboot.
And even worse it is wrong for those that require a reboot to apply, where is even more clear that the message is misleading as those will be installed after reboot, and they are just "Downloading...".
See the attached prinscreen!

EXPECTED RESULT
For both types of updates, that require reboot and that do not require reboot, show the details of what is happening more accurately, if they are just downloading, then display them as "Downloading..."
If the install step has been reached then display them as "Installing...", but don't do it sooner than that.

If there are lots of updates and somebody in the house wants to turn off the electricity to solve some problem or it wants to turn off the hotspot or leave the house with their phone, from which you have internet, it's very important for you to know if all updates have been actually downloaded and the "Installing..." step actually been reached so it can continue even with the modem / router off because of the lack of electricity or the hotspot going away.
Displaying "Installing..." all the time is not fair and accurate and doesn't let you take proper decisions based on that.
It would be great if this would be more accurate, each step saying exactly what it does at that moment.
