STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Click on "Help" on the menubar

OBSERVED RESULT
There are two "About System Settings" entries on the menu

EXPECTED RESULT
There is one "About System Settings" entry on the menu

Can reproduce only in the Help menu of a GLobal Menu widget. Tthe in-window hamburger menu is unaffected.
