SUMMARY
New Feed and Add Feed Buttons when on the Feeds tab bring up the same window. Not sure if that means that some additional functionality was supposed to be revealed by one of the buttons or if one button is just a duplicate. Not sure, I just started using the software.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kontact
2. Click Feeds on the left toolbar
3. Click both the New Feed & Add Feed buttons on the top toolbar
