I would like to be able to filter markup in endless lists for selecting markup highlighting, starting from the top level. Do we have such an interface element for such dropdown lists? Use case: 1. I copy conf.ini to conf.ini.backup 2. open both files to make changes 3. I want to set the ini markup for a file that could not be determined fith unknown ext 4. I select Tools - Highlighting- ... Expectation: I enter the string "ini" into local search and get only categories with items that have ".*ini.*" Reality: I study categories for a long time (especially if it is the "Sources" category)
Look at the bottom right corner (in the statusbar). You can do filtering there.
