I booted up my PC to begin my daily routine. I see a notification in the taskbar that updates are available so I click on it. Discover opens with the Updates tab open, and stars to check for updates. A moment passes and abruptly closes without any pop-ups. A KDE notification shows saying it closed unexpectedly. I tried to update again afterwards without problems. 
I did notice when reopening Discover that it took a long while before the apps starts showing. The loading bar remained stuck for easily 20 seconds or so. This hasn't happened before. When I navigated to Updates it took a moment to find those, but eventually did.

The crash does not seem to be reproducible.
