Description Foresteam 2024-02-18 03:18:19 UTC
SUMMARY
***
Some animations are not smooth with multi-monitor setup.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Two monitors (60hz and 144hz in my case). Enable them, and set to max refresh rates
2.
   * EITHER Maximize any window, then minimize it, and maximize again
   * OR Switch desktops with slide animation
The animations will not be smooth (like they run only on 60hz).
3. Disable 60hz monitor, the animations will be smooth again

OBSERVED RESULT
Some animations (described above) are not smooth with multi-monitor setup with different refresh rates on wayland. Even those that should happen only on one monitor (like minimization).

EXPECTED RESULT
Animations should be smooth
