screenshot of the bugged tray

SUMMARY
***
I'm just trying to rearrange the stuff along my toolbar. There is an image attached.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go into edit mode
2. Pull the system tray all the way to the right and let it settle
3. Click on the tray again and release

OBSERVED RESULT
The system tray showed up below and beneath (in z direction of) the clock. Now I cannot reach it within edit mode it is stuck there.

EXPECTED RESULT
The system tray should stay locked (anchored) on the right side of the toolbar.
