somethings i hope will help: i have activated the option of auto-hide in my panels, i added a widget called tiled screen.
more about the bug: when i login to my user, kde plasma just start to flash repeatly a black screen and i can't use nothing, because when i try to remove the widget or change the option of my panels the black screen flashes again and my opened menus just close then.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

Debian advises users to not submit bugs upstream (https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting), as this version of the KDE software is out of support from KDE, and so it's possible that the bug exists only in Debian at this point.
Could you report the bug to Debian using the report bug utility (https://packages.debian.org/stable/utils/reportbug)? If necessary, the maintainer of the package will forward the bug upstream.
