On my system nothing happens after your steps. The same with Dolphin, Konsole, Gwenview, Spectacle and Ark.

Sorry, that was poorly written. Here are the steps to reproduce more accurately:

1. Open KDE Connect on Linux
2. Click Settings
3. Click About KDE Connect
3. Click Report a bug

If you still have trouble reproducing the bug, maybe its possible that I really am lacking the authorization? (See attachment). Though the more I think about it, I believe the button is trying to pull up a form that doesn't exist. I have no issue navigating to this form from the iOS app. When you select the form dropdown for component, you'll see all platfoms listed (macos, windows, android, etc) but linux isn't there. That would make the solution the same as this bug (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=475835). Likely this needs to be triaged to the bugs.kde.org team.
