SUMMARY
Left-clicking the screen-sharing session indicator in the system tray spawns a toplevel window instead of a dialog. Right-click instead does the right thing.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. https://www.webrtc-experiment.com/Pluginfree-Screen-Sharing/
2. Share Your Screen
3. Select a window or screen
4. Left-click the red circle in the system tray

OBSERVED RESULT
A new window is spawned at the center of the screen with a titlebar.

EXPECTED RESULT
A dialog is spawned above the red circle
