Description PK 2024-02-15 07:37:07 UTC
SUMMARY
***
The buttons "reboot", "shutdown" and "logout" of my application launcher (and alternative application launchers) have no effect. This has always been the case when I use Neon kf6.
The bug occurs when I'm using Wayland as well when I'm using X11.
Strange thing is that those buttons do work in the Calamares installer. And only there.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Do they work with one of the default application launchers?
Comment 2 PK 2024-02-15 17:38:49 UTC
I tried all "alternatives" that are offered in the context menu and they all don't work.
Perhaps the same issue causes the fact that my Enter key has no effect in sddm.

In my experience those live-usb's are completely all-proof.
Perhaps they are loaded with kernel command-line parameters.
But it's no more than guessing.

Just now, for the first time on this machine, using kf6, Enter works in SDDM.
Great.
