Audio not auto transferring when HDMI is plugged in. It is also not selectable in system settings. Running aplay -l in terminal shows that the HDMI is detected and the TV is detected, but I am not able to switch audio output to the TV

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect computer to TV via HDMI
2. Play audio
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Audio is output on laptop

EXPECTED RESULT
Audio to play through TV speakers

Debian advises users to not submit bugs upstream (https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting), as this version of the KDE software is out of support from KDE, and so it's possible that the bug exists only in Debian at this point.
