As of Kita version 5.2.1. and also 5.2.2, the default setting "Author" does not take over my details and is set back to Anonymous.
I use Krita for my art as a painting program.
How can this bug be fixed?

Hi Iris,

I'm not able reproduce this in Krita 5.2.2 or Krita Next. Are you working in .kra files or in another file format? If you open old files does the author show correctly there? Is this issue still occuring for you in latest stable version of Krita?
