Video of Spectacle on second monitor when using keyboard shortcut

SUMMARY
***
When using the rectangular region shortcut, the second monitor has a left region duplicated to the right. When using the GUI, the second monitor has the previous effect but the rest of the screen to the left is hidden. Drawing with the rectangular region reveals the screen. Resulting screenshot is normal.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Moving left portion to the right in preview
1. Have Spectacle closed
2. Use the default Meta+Shift+Print shortcut to activate Rectangular Region
3. Observe second monitor

Hiding the screen and moving left portion to the right in preview
1. Open Spectacle
2. Click "Rectangular Region"
3. Observe second monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
Left most portion of the second monitor duplicated on the right most portion of the monitor.

The second monitor is fully hidden except for the duplicated right side. Using the rectangle region reveals the area.

Both produce correct screenshots

Dang, I knew there was no way I was the first one to run into this. I figured out that the search filter did not have "Resolved" on by default. I didn't think to do this, so I didn't see the first report. I thought that being prompted from the bug report screen to search for previous bugs would have included that, but I digress. Not sure I would have even connected the two though using the words I was thinking.

Thank you for cleaning up my mess.
