SUMMARY
- There are already shortcuts for packages.debian.org and packages.ubuntu.com, it would be great to also add the Fedora website.
- It would also be great to add a shortcut for OSM when looking for locations

I tried to contribute this on my own but I was unable to find where the defaults are defined. It does not seem to be the KRunner repo...
