SUMMARY

Categories/sections are not correctly arranged (apparently while using fractional scaling, like 125%). This happens randomly, so I don't know the cause. I've seen this bug happens not only on the settings sidebar but on the "Session > Background services" as well.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set fractional scaling to 125%
2. open system settings
3.  fiddle around a little on the settings and this happens randomly

OBSERVED RESULT
wrongly positioned sections and overlapped one on a another

EXPECTED RESULT
to be correctly arranged
