STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set fractional scaling to 125%
2. open system settings
3. observe slightly trimmed sidebar fonts after scrolling

OBSERVED RESULT
trimmed fonts/words on sidebar

EXPECTED RESULT
fonts/words to not be trimmed

Some symbols are also rendered weirdly wider/thinner than others for me. This is using i915 and kernel modesetting with 150% scaling. I tried tweaking hinting options, to no avail. Screenshot: https://snipboard.io/s8Lj4M.jpg

I think I observe a similar issue: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=483112

Setting QT_SCALE_FACTOR_ROUNDING_POLICY=RoundPreferFloor seems to go back to Plasma 5.27 behavior.
