SUMMARY
On a fresh Plasma 6 system, while navigating System Settings -> Multimedia, the user will be asked to save changed, even if nothing was changed, just by entering the Audio CDs menu.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to System Settings -> Multimedia
2. Go to any other settings

OBSERVED RESULT
A prompt window shows asking to save or discard changes

EXPECTED RESULT
If user changes nothing, nothing should happen
