SUMMARY
The setting "Duration" in "Size and Animation" is ignored. Only the general "Animation speed" from "General Behavior" in System Settings is respected.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Yakuake's settings and change the animation's duration
2. Open and close Yakuake with F12

OBSERVED RESULT
The settings is ignored

EXPECTED RESULT
Either the settings is respected, or that option is removed from the settings.

I can confirm this doesn't seem to have any effect any more.
