STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Firefox
2. Switch focus between Firefox and something else several times

OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes window buttons stay gray when Firefox window becomes active. When you hover your cursor over the gray buttons, they become white again.

EXPECTED RESULT
Window buttons are always white when the window has focus.

This issue has nothing to do with KDE since it is reproducible with other DE's. Also it has been fixed in Firefox 123.
