SUMMARY
Failed to display full date in the file browser date column if the filename contains non-English text.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set date tag into 2013-11-21
2. Add non-English text into title tag & album tag: 그리워해요
3.  Apply filename format from tag: %{artist} - %{album} - %{track} - %{title}
4. Right click on file browser column to show Date column

OBSERVED RESULT
Date column will only show the year (2014) instead of full date (2014-02-27)

EXPECTED RESULT
Date column should show full date: 2014-02-27

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 11 23H2
Kid3: 3.9.4

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Tested using a flac file using Vorbis as Tag 2.

I don't know how to edit my report. I typed the wrong date but basically set date tag into 2013-11-21 or 2014-02-27 are just examples, so shouldn't be confused.

Thanks for the report. Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce it, even not when using the exact same values for album and title as in the screenshot. I have only Windows 10, which runs with an English locale.
