Look at "Email options" OBSERVED RESULT: 1. The email Id that was the original "Primary Email" is set in the default "Send to:" address 2. No way to change the "Send to:" address EXPECTED RESULT - The Current Primary Email is to be set as the email in the UserBase preferences.
