SUMMARY
A bit annoying to have this happen. The action reappears if I modify the toolbar again. Basically, every time I start Krita, I have to modify the toolbar to make my "Show/Hide x toolbar" action reppear.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go Settings, Configure Toolbars.
2. Add a "Show/Hide X toolbar" action to your toolbar and save.
3. Restart Krita
4. Said action is now hidden from the toolbar. Your setting is still saved in the "Configure Toolbars" window, but to show it again, modify your toolbar settings again, tap "Apply" or "OK"
5. Your action reappears.

OBSERVED RESULT
Krita hides "Show/Hide toolbar" every time I start Krita.

EXPECTED RESULT
For Krita to not hide my action.
