If you go into window settings (kcmshell6 kcm_kwinrules), and click on the Help button, you get a "Documentation not found" error.

The expected resolution would be for the documentation to be found :)

It's broken when running kcmshell6 kcm_kwinrules, but it works fine in system settings. It seems like a bug in kcmshell
