STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make sure you are connected to a wifi network
2. reboot
3. login

OBSERVED RESULT
It takes over a minute to connect to a wifi network

EXPECTED RESULT
Should take a few seconds to connect to a wifi network

KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0
Qt Version: 6.6.1
Kernel Version: 6.5.0-15-generic (64-bit)

Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon Pro WX 3200 Series

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've never had a problem in Plasma 5, and didn't in Plasma 6 until sometime in RC2.  Now it is slow every time.

Something somehow fixed this issue for me.
