I'm having the exact same issue. Fedora 38 System reports: KDE Plasma 5.27.9 QT 5.15.11 Flatpak info from Kdenlive: 23.08.4 When I last saw a bug report for this, it was in mlt repo in 2018. Does flatpak use system mlt? Or bring its own? Rendered my file in the appimage for the same version of kdenlive and the issue does not appear.
Same on Debian testing From 'flatpak list' : KDE org.kde.kdenlive 23.08.4 (stable) KDE Application Platform org.kde.Platform 5.15-23.08 provider: flathub
This is a packaging issue related to Flatpak, see: https://github.com/flathub/org.kde.kdenlive/issues/335
