STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install the snap version of Kate on Ubuntu 22.04
2. Start the App and Enable the Preview plugin
3. Open a markdown file
4. Open the Preview Panel and see the missing plugin kf5/part/markdownpart

OBSERVED RESULT
missing plugin kf5/part/markdownpart

EXPECTED RESULT
The rendered preview is displayed
