Error message during boot up. 
This message appears during boot up and just before KDE desktop is active.
It displays regardless of which Linux kernel is used and it occurs on PC and laptop.
I use MX-Linux 23.2, KDE Plasma

Please report this to your distribution, I suspect the init script is maintained on a distro level since neither we nor sddm ship one.
