SUMMARY
panel hides in edit mode when auto hide is on


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set panel to auto hide
2. open edit mode
3. move your mouse away from bottom

OBSERVED RESULT
hides when it probably shouldn't be hidden (I can't add widgets)

EXPECTED RESULT
stay when in edit mode

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: RC2
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.93.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.249.0

I'm seeing this when I right click on the desktop and enter Edit Mode from that context menu.  If I right click on the panel and enter Edit Mode from there, then the panel won't auto hide until exiting Edit Mode.  Is that what you're observing?

Yeah that's it didn't think about it that much. Probably intentional then I don't see a point in it though. Thx for the help

Actually no sry I checked today at 5 and was sleepy and didn't remember my issue it's actually when you try to add a widget to the panel it hides that's already reported though so sorry for reporting it again didn't seem to find it when I reported it.
