I can't install that cursor theme, but others seem to be installing fine. Maybe a problem with that particular cursor theme? Indeed, seems to be a problem with that specific theme. That said, the error message hints at a problem on our side too.
It's not a problem with this specific theme but for many. I just bumped into this one too and I could not install the theme for eg: * Volantes Cursors by Alexey * Oreo Cursors by Alexey with the same error.
