STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open computer with last cession reload
2. Open partitionmanager
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Partition manager opens
no windows with admin password asked
no device fouded

EXPECTED RESULT
devices foundes so I can cjeck and work with them

I'm afraid Partition Manager 21.12 is unfortunately no longer eligible for support or maintenance from KDE. It's over two years old! If you need support for this older version please contact your distro, who bears the responsibility of providing support for older non-LTS releases.

Most likely it is some kind of misconfiguration in your particular system anyway as I've tried runing it on Kubuntu 22.04 myself and it worked.

As an ugly workaround if everything else fails, you could try to run it as "sudo partitionmanager" (though running GUI apps as root is not recommended).
