SUMMARY
***
My phone begins to complain / goes into some low-power state at 15% battery. When I'm sitting at my desk using my phone, I can sometimes see my phone tick down to 15% and at the same instant, KDE Connect gives me a notification in the system tray that my phone battery is down to 16%. So the timing is correct, but the battery that's reported on my desktop is 1% too high.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. KDE connect phone to computer
2. Have phone tick down from 16% to 15% battery

OBSERVED RESULT
KDE Connect gives a notification in the system tray that the phone battery is low, only 16%

EXPECTED RESULT
KDE Connect gives a notification in the system tray that the phone battery is low, only 15%, matching the phone's report
