STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Click edit
2. Click sample screen color
3. Try to select a color outside krita

OBSERVED RESULT
It doesn't work, only work inside krita.

EXPECTED RESULT
Be able to select a color outside krita.

Sorry, that is not possible: macOS doesn't allow applications to access windows that do not belong to the application.
