Description regru 2024-02-01 13:34:35 UTC
https://Rtl.lu e.g. clicking on an address in a LibreOffice document, to open it, fails and gives following answer :

  Unknown error code 100
Could not find the program '/snap/firefox/3358/usr/lib/firefox/firefox'
Please send a full bug report at https://bugs.kde.org.

I had already posted the same problem and contacted you. I have immediately removed firefox by : sudo snap remove firefox. Then I loaded firefox 122.0 (64 bits) canonical 1.0 ; now still running.

No problem all the time. But now suddenly again.

A snap list does not show firefox ; removing snapd is impossible, informed me e message, I should remove all programs, but have no other running under snap. Here e snap list – all loaded automatically.

Is there still a hidden program of snap firefox remaining, causing problem ? But why suddenly?

With kind regards,

It is the same problem suddenly as already reported.

Something is left over in your Firefox snap installation. I'd recommend asking for help in an Ubuntu forum
