STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Spam the start menu or wait some time then go to it

OBSERVED RESULT
Application Launcher does not appear, applets suffer the same

EXPECTED RESULT
Use application launcher and applets without any problem

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Plasma 5.93.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.249
Qt Version: 6.7.0

Cannot reproduce. Neon Testing, Plasma 5.92.90, Frameworks 5.249.0, Qt 6.6.1

Assuming based on the description of the problem that you have an NVIDIA GPU, in which case it's Bug 455913. I'm that's an incorrect assumption, feel free to un-mark this as a duplicate.
