In annotater, add the ability to zoom into open images, 
like  blur effect, but with circle and rectangle to zoom certain parts of images to show as blow ups inside the border.
With zoom level.

Doing short concepts is much easier with annotater. If this feature gets built in it will be great.

The annotator is actually a 3rd-party library; these features will have to be requested at https://github.com/ksnip/kImageAnnotator/issues.
