Please could you clarify what a dff file is and how to create one? I cannot find anything on Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_filename_extensions_(A%E2%80%93E)#D) and other websites say it is a format for 3D models.

dsd audio file format, the file extension is dff https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Direct_Stream_Digital
