SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move tab from Firefox (gammingonlinux for example) with movie to different screen. Made movie fullscreen. Start playing.
2. Start some fullscreen, dosbox game, like Settlers 1.

OBSERVED RESULT
Movie often stop playing.  Sound is still playing. When close game, movie window are updated and play normally

EXPECTED RESULT
I can watch movie on external screen and play on laptop screen
